We collect certain personal information in order to process our orders. We respect your privacy and will not sell your information to third party advertisers. Information collected includes:

RETURN POLICY

Although not considered environmentally friendly, Finless Skateboard Co. does accept returns and offer refunds under certain conditions. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as it was received (unused, unworn, with tags) with receipt or proof of purchase. To request a return, please e-mail us at sales@finlessskateboards.com. If accepted, we will send you information on how to complete your return. Purchaser is responsible for all charges related to a return. Items returned without having previously requested will not be accepted. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at sales@finlessskateboards.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we may remedy the situation.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note, it may take some time for your bank to process and post the refund as well.

WARRANTY POLICY

If your item was received damage in the shipping process, please contact us at sales@finlessskateboards.com with pictures of the damage and someone will get back to you shortly.
